We are facing a national reading crisis—69% of 4th graders in the U.S. cannot read at a proficient level (NAEP 2024). Too many children are struggling, and without early intervention, they risk falling further behind.
At Phillips Fundamental Learning Center, we are taking action by equipping children with the literacy skills they need to read, write, spell, and thrive. We also know that 1 in 5 students has dyslexia, and with the right instruction, they can unlock their potential and succeed.
